I have just returned from this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely with nice amenities and a good double bed but the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty. The service was pleasant, but the paid airport shuttle was a downside for me. The location, while not far from the Golden Gate Bridge and downtown San Francisco, felt a bit expensive compared to other places I've stayed in California.
